The conference participants and other attendees will NOT be sent a login link before the conference. They should just go to the All Academic website and login prior to the time of the scheduled they want to access.
See below the login symbol you need to click on to access the login page.
Once you are logged in, go to the program and or search for the panel of interest. At the scheduled time of any panel, just click on “Join zoom meeting” and you are in.
Note that you need to login first in order for the system to see that you are registered and have access privilege for the Zoom sessions.
