Travel Discounts
AIR CANADA: Official Canadian Airline for NPSA 2018
Air Canada will offer discounted fares to participants who book flights using the NPSA promotional code assigned to the meeting: XU39EAD1.
The Fine Print:
- The travel period begins Thursday, November 01, 2018 and ends Saturday, November 17, 2018.
- No discount will apply to Tango bookings for travel within Canada or between Canada and the U.S. For International travel (destinations outside North America), discounts apply to all fares including Tango.
- Eligible Tickets. A ticket is eligible for the discount provided it has been purchased on aircanada.com, and provided the Promotion Code has been applied at time of purchase. Any ticket not purchased on aircanada.com for the purposes of travel to an Event will not qualify for any benefits provided by the Meetings and Conventions Product. A ticket purchased on aircanada.com but for which the applicable Promotion Code was not entered or was entered incorrectly will not be eligible for the Discount.
- Discount. The Discount is applied to the fare at the time that the travel ticket with Air Canada is purchased. The Discount and the fare are subject to all applicable taxes and surcharges.
Amtrak railways offers a 10% discount off the best available rail fare to Montreal, QC between November 5 – November 13, 2018. To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1 (800) 872-724 or contact your local travel agent. Conventions cannot be booked via Internet.
Refer to Convention Fare Code X70H-999 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. The discounted fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. This offer is valid for Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
